Do you find it hard to manifest the things you want in your life? It can be tricky at first but once you get the hang of it, manifesting can become second nature to you.
In order to succeed in your manifesting, you need to truly believe in them.
Manifesting is something that is put into your physical reality through thoughts, feelings and beliefs. This means that whatever you focus on is what you are bringing into reality. You may focus and manifest through meditation, visualisation, or just via your subconscious or conscious. This is called manifesting.
For example if you’ve been thinking about getting a new job and you focus on exactly what you want and when you want it, your thoughts and feelings would be strongly surrounded by this.
You could then try to meditate or visualise your goal and this can help to manifest it into your reality. If you then got your new job and it was everything you wanted, you would have successfully manifested it into your life.
It’s how manifesting works – like the law of attraction. A manifestation is where your thoughts and your energies can create your reality. If you are constantly being negative and feeling down, then you are going to attract and manifest negative energy.
The first thing to do when manifesting is to look at your thoughts and feelings. Are you feeling negative? Do your thoughts surround you in negativity? If so, you could begin to manifest things you don’t want in your reality. It’s important to clear your mind and have a positive mind when you want to manifest.
It doesn’t just work with your thoughts, there has to be a form of action on your part. This could be actually applying for the job that suits what you are looking for and going to the interviews trying to visualise your thoughts and feelings about your job.
This will help you to be more positive and motivated to make these changes a reality, which will then push you to take some action and ultimately manifest your goals into your life!
This goes for anything that you would like to change or to happen in your life.
Somebody I know was longing to find her dream home in the country. She spent months looking for the perfect place that she could afford, but could not find anything. Taking the picture of a cottage from a magazine and visualising it and how she would feel when it was finally hers, she did the dreaming technique for manifesting it.
After 3 weeks following the steps, she’s not only dreamt about the perfect property, but found one almost identical and bang on budget!
Someone else I know wanted to open their own cafe, but when she was refused a loan she was beginning to think it would never happen. Determined not to give up on her plans, she began to use a technique to ensure she would get her dream.
She visualised dreams at night about running a successful cafe. Three months later a relative had some money and suggested they go into the cafe business together!
Results might not happen straight away, so it’s good to be patient. Everything goes at it’s own pace. When you are manifesting what you would like, keep a diary of how you are feeling, how the changes in your life are and other signs from the universe that show you’re heading in the right direction.
For instance – if you’re looking for love, you might feel more confident and outgoing and find the opportunities to meet people present themselves. You have to be prepared to do some of the work. Be open to new possibilities and trust that your intuition is leading you to the right goals.
How to do dream manifestation
First thing in the morning, write down what you want to achieve. A short sentence is enough. You might say ‘find true love’ or ‘moving’.
Next, find an object associated with your wish and make this your dream symbol. For example you might have a picture of a house, or a picture of a red rose for love. Choose something that you can easily keep with you.
Throughout the day, look at the object you’ve chosen as your dream symbol, hold it in both hands and think in your head or out loud about how you feel when your wish comes true. See it happening as if you’re watching a film.
Before bedtime, think about what you want and imagine one last time you are looking into the future and seeing it happening for real. Put the symbol under your pillow and say “Tonight I dream of the future and manifest this wish”.
Then relax and drift off to sleep.
For the best results, repeat every night for at least a week and don’t worry if you don’t dream about your wish straight away. It is common to forget dreams, or to feel you haven’t dreamt at all.
This is because dreams are deeply embedded in our subconscious, so even if you’re feeling like nothing has happened, have faith that your dreams are real and coming true.
