Join Jo in your lunch break for a mindfulness meditation & relaxation.
Jo will guide you through a relaxing meditation session, showing you how to relax your mind and become more mindful in your daily life. You will leave feeling calm, relaxed and stress-free.
Refreshment will be provided at the end of the session while you reflect on your experience.
